'The Medallion' goes into pre-production.

"I see dead people" 

In 1999, a movie entitled 'The Sixth Sense' captured the imagination of many by portraying the parallel existence of a 'nether' world in which the spirits of the dead wandered aimlessly amongst the living. The makers of this film didn't pay Bruce Willis millions of dollars because they didn't think there was an audience for this movie. These moguls knew there was an intense hunger within the general public for anything, be it fact or fantasy, in which the theme focused on the mysteries of the afterlife.

Currently in pre-production, 'The Medallion' is a cutting edge film by acclaimed evangelical film writer/producer/director, Hanna La Brec. 'The Medallion' creates a modern day drama where religious cults, necromancy (communicating with the dead), demons, and magic, combine to unleash terror upon an unsuspecting family. La Brec skillfully unfolds and draws you into
a spiritual battlefield which will leave you breathless and shaken with it's special effects and intense story line, not to mention the 'built-in' inherent eternal implications to the viewer. 

La Brec also feels many Christians and non-Christians alike, have been duped by Satan's favorite hangout, 'Madison Avenue', into believing that there is no harm, or Christian compromise, in Harry Potter, or the making of an occasional phone call to the 'Psychic Hotline' or dabbling with an Ouija board for advice, or even praying for a visit from a departed loved one. Because of this, La Brec feels that the Holy Spirit led her to take on this project specifically to do Spiritual combat with the 'god of this world' 2Cor 4:4.

Formerly a Mormon but now an 'on fire' born-again Christian, La Brec draws both from her own background of exposure to cult deceptions and the data that she collected in her ardent but often times' demon plagued' journey to the 'Truth'.

This dramatic, informative and entertaining movie is targeted at both Christian and non-Christian audiences. To the Christian 'The Medallion' is a 'litmus test' to verify that they have not been deceived by a false Gospel or counterfeit Jesus. To the non-Christian 'The Medallion' will provide what all who are without Christ are hungry for… The Truth.
